Dania González Cuba, b. 1990

Dania González’s work relates to states of “purity and spirituality” contaminated by visceral and organic drives. Her sensitivity connects itself honestly to different forms of life, its genesis, and transformation processes. She captures the nature of beautiful and disruptive phenomena. Her created objects express her will to defer the ephemeral.

Alongside her sculptures and drawings, she also creates installations. She is inspired by contexts, spaces and circumstances, the energy and history of which she assimilates.
